Morning all!

Hope you are all well today on this blustery Friday! Just a quick update about my back. The Physio done loads of tests on me and I have got nerve damage down my left leg from my back. I have loads of exercises to do and more Physio, so fingers crossed they will be able to sort me out and get me back to work soon :o) Thank you all for your wonderful messages, you guys are the best!

Right onto my DT card for the fab Totally Papercrafts and It's our birthday! The first challenge was posted back last year on the 29th January 2010 and to help us celebrate we have got EIGHT sponsors offering a total of TEN prizes woohooo! Our theme this week is "FRIENDSHIP" chosen by our lovely Ria.

And this is my little creation!

At least the Physio folk know what they are treating .. .. which is always a good first step!!! I hope that your exercises work and that you are able to get back to work as quickly as you would like.

Keep doing the exercises but also please keep making your gorgeous cards. This one is gorgeous - as always.

Hi Vicky, love this friendhship card - it is a lovely image but I really love the sentiment. Gorgeous colours and layout as always. I'm having a day off work today - got symptoms of cystitis so been to pharmacy for some drinks and am taking it easy today. Hope you feel better soon hunny. Luv Trish x

Just so pretty Vicky. Love the pink spots and teamed with the gorgeous LOTV stamp, it's perfect.
Glad the Physio is going well, do as they say and you should see a difference.
I bought two MS punches yesterday when shopping (naughty I know) will let you see what I make with them later. Have a nice (windy) Friday. Debbie XX
