GOOGLE CONNECT...OUR FOLLOWERS...!

Evening girls.....

I have some news to share will you tonight...and it's sooooo sad :o(

My lovely crafty buddy Anne has just informed us we will be loosing our followers button as google friends is ending at the end of the month...so I have added a new linky on my blog so please you all sign up as I don't want to loose you all...how sad is that..!

Could you also add it to your blog...I don't want to miss any of your gorgeous creations either..and why do they do this to us??... :o(

So I will be visiting you all to re-follow...and I think it's going to take a few days lol...

    Just done a bit of reading up on this and don't worry, because your blog is on blogspot you won't lose GFC. They are only making it unavailable for people on other blog hosts like Wordpress and typepad.

    Hi Vicky, been doing a bit of research, its only NON google blogs that will lose the followers button as far as I can make out. Hopefully this is true, cant really see google removing it tbh, millions of bloggers would be furious!

    Hi Vicky, I also think it is for non-blogger blogs (i.e wordpress) so don't think we have anything to worry about.

    Also I'm not sure how this new linky followers would work. I think it would have to be a service provided by blogger to enable the blogs we are following to show up on our dashboard. However, I could be wrong!

    I signed up Vicky but can't see the content on your page. It comes up 'oops! this link appears to be broken' yet it's your correct blog address. Not sure what can be done about that.
