Hi Vicky - wow, just stunning! It's gorgeous. Love the images and that ribbon and bow - wow, again!
I had to do some interviewing (a long time ago!) never had any training and made a complete mess of it. I only had to do it as the boss was off on hols and when he came back he picked someone else for the job (I picked a sensible mature lady - he went for the young ahem shall we say pleasant to look at!? girl - blokes!).
I bet you are brilliant in Theatre, you are so nice here in blogland - you must make your patients feel very cared for.
