I HAVE BEEN A SILLY BILLY!!

Evening all!!

Hope you are all well!. As you can see from my title I bet you are wondering what I have done ?!. Well you see, yesterday when I was finishing putting away the last of the glasses blah blah blah from my party the night before I was on my small step ladder in the kitchen ( I have a vaulted ceiling so some of my cupboards are quite high! ) . Yes you have guest it, I had a little fall/slip and I fell and twisted my back trying to steady my fall. Well I should know better and yes my back is very painful today and I am off work trying to sort it out :o(
I'm off to Spain next Friday so I hope I can sort this little irritating problem out, so at the moment I have dosed myself with plenty of pain killers and anti-inflammatories so I hope this post is making sense lol!!

That's enough about me and my irritation, tonight's card is going into a couple of challenges and I have used a lovely stamp from Crafters Companion S.W.A.L.K Collection.

The following challenges are :-

Crafters Companion ~ Monthly Sketch

Simon Says ~ Sing it baby "Sing in the rain!"

After the rain ~ S.W.A.L.K ~ Crafters Companion

  4. Ouch, hope you recover quickly - mine went out when I stood up to go to bed the night before we went to EuroDisney! Thankfully some McKenzie (first aid for backs) exercises, regular medication & no sitting down (whenever possible)for a few days sorted it out.
Fab card (no evidence of the effects of the meds!) xx
